Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• Flexible weekday and/or weekend hours based on club needs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and answer calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts with accuracy.
• Promote products and promotions to customers to drive revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, efficient customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
