Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Minimum 6 months supervisor/manager experience in fast-paced retail or restaurant.
• Bi-lingual preferred; CPR/AED certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk staff and assist the General Manager.
• Monitor club operations to maintain cleanliness, service, and safety.
• Assist in interview process and conduct front desk interviews.
• Support scheduling and coverage during vacancies or call-outs.
• Uphold company standards and drive member satisfaction.
