Buff Wax Spot is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Edmonton's busy waxing bar team. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure a spotless, welcoming front desk. The role requires one year of relevant experience and being computer savvy with in-house software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and courteously.
• Check guests in and out, cash out clients, and input bookings.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Assist with daily salon duties (laundry, cleaning, sterilizing implements).
• Support store team with high-volume periods and customer care.
• Promote services and retail products to clients.
• Manage inventory counts and rebook appointments.
