The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Pincher Creek, Alberta is seeking a part-time Front Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and handle reservations.

Join a team that values courteous service, accurate clerical tasks, and friendly guest interactions. This on-site role requires morning, evening, and weekend availability and offers on-site parking and discounted food.

What You Will Do:

• Answer and direct all calls appropriately and efficiently
• Process and confirm room reservations
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
• Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
• Respond to guests' questions and/or concerns
• Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• The ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints and report to supervisor as necessary

Knowledge and Training:

• Knowledge of clerical and basic accounting procedures
• Aware of POS systems and basic computer operations

Industry Experience:

• Minimum one-year previous experience as a front desk attendant
