Job summary

JSK Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for night audit duties at our SpringHill Suites by Marriott in South Bend, IN. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and payments with a courteous, brand-standard approach.

This role requires strong customer service, basic computer and PMS skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills; prior hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS comfort; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.

• Upsell rooms and services and promote hotel amenities.
• Maintain lobby and front desk appearance and supplies.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete shift reports.

• Support other departments as needed for seamless operations.
• Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Deliver SpringHill Suites by Marriott service standards and enroll guests in the loyalty program.
