Planet Fitness in Sherwood Park, Alberta is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver first‑rate service to members and guests. You will welcome members, handle inquiries, process payments, and promote memberships in a fast‑paced fitness retail environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a High School Diploma, and 6 months of in‑person customer service experience (or 1 year in fitness). Flexible weekday/weekend availability is a plus. In‑person work location.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1-year fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Accept payments, give change and receipts, and promote products/promotions.
