Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional member experiences in a busy club setting. You will greet members, handle inquiries, and process payments with accuracy.

This role requires at least 6 months of face-to-face customer service and a flexible schedule. Fitness experience is preferred, with opportunities to promote promotions and contribute to a welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment.
• One-year fitness experience preferred.

The Front Desk Associate is a highly friendly and courteous individual who consistently delivers first-rate service and fosters positive customer satisfaction and loyalty while promoting Ignite Fitness Holdings-Planet Fitness Mission, Vision and Values. The Front Desk Associate must be adept at balancing multiple tasks with a friendly, courteous demeanor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
