Planet Fitness is seeking Front Desk Associates to deliver friendly, efficient service and support a clean, welcoming club environment. You will greet members, handle payments, answer questions, and promote promotions while working a flexible schedule in a results-driven retail fitness setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a High School diploma or equivalent, and previous customer service or fitness experience. Weekend availability and a proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.

• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving skills to ensure a pleasant experience.

The Front Desk Associate must be adept at balancing multiple tasks with a friendly, courteous demeanor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
