Requirements include hospitality mindset, problem-solving, reliability, and ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Opera PMS experience is a definite asset.

The Ramada Plaza Regina is looking for a dynamic, customer focused, outgoing and friendly Front Desk Agent for Part time or Casual hours.

This individual must be professional in

• appearance and attitude, exceed in hospitality,
• have excellent problem resolution skills, and
• demonstrate reliability.

This position is a professional role with our organization in the hospitality industry. We want to add to our dynamic team an individual that believes in contributing to our excellent service driven atmosphere.

Previous hotel hospitality experience is an asset and experience with Opera PMS is a definite asset.

Must be able to work morning, afternoons & evenings during weekdays & weekends.
