Qualifications

Job description

Under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager, the ideal candidate has a natural talent for hospitality and is driven by guest satisfaction. They are detail-oriented by nature, and their strong analytical skills enable them to ensure the sound financial management of the property. The successful candidate enjoys working in a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable environment where creativity and initiative are valuable assets. Warm, professional, and approachable, they foster positive guest interactions and promote effective communication with both internal and external departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests;
  • Manage the administrative and service aspects of guest arrivals and departures;
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and securely enter confidential credit card information into the system;
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department based on guest needs;

  • Familiarity with the surrounding area and local tourist attractions;
