Who are we looking for?

We seek warm, friendly, courteous, and professional Front Desk Agents. As the hub of the hotel, you will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, and ensuring a high level of service. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant difference. If you enjoy engaging with others and have a friendly personality and strong sense of responsibility, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests and team members, setting a positive example.
  • Handle guest issues and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
  • Post charges, compute bills, and handle payments following procedures.
  • Manage guest mail and messages.
  • Be knowledgeable about Marriott Bonvoy rewards and promotions.
  • Know hotel amenities, room locations, rates, and selling strategies.
  • Take reservations and handle special requests.
  • Operate the switchboard professionally.
  • Manage safe deposit boxes and keep the lobby area tidy.
  • Handle wake-up calls and shift changes, including cash drops.
  • Log pertinent information and understand emergency procedures.
  • Practice safety standards consistently.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar hotel role.
  • Hospitality or Tourism degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Reliable, punctual, approachable, and safety-conscious.
  • Dedicated to guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.
