Kal Tire in Vancouver is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first contact for customers, helping them pick the right tires and services while keeping the store moving.

This temporary, full-time role offers hands-on experience in automotive sales, a team-focused environment, and daily interaction with customers as you gather details, prepare quotes, process transactions, and support a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup).
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely

• General Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday, Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.

Hiring Process
