Job summary

Kal Tire in Richmond, BC is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers select tires and services while keeping the process moving. This is a temporary, full-time position for the duration of the contract.

You’ll join a team that supports each other and delivers a consistent customer experience, including handling quotes, vehicle check-ins, and in-store transactions under all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Store Details

• Address: 2633 NO 5 RD, RICHMOND BC
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 7, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
