Job summary

Kal Tire is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative in Lethbridge, AB. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers choose products and services while keeping operations efficient. This is a temporary, full-time position during the contract period.

You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering a consistent customer experience, with opportunities to develop hands-on skills in automotive sales and service in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems

• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience
