Fountain Tire Calgary Westbrook (911 - 37 Street SW) is seeking a friendly Front Counter Representative to join our team for a seasonal September to December.

As part of our service-focused shop, you will greet customers, create work orders, quote services, and coordinate with technicians. This role offers on-site work with day shifts and a starting wage of CAD 19 per hour, with training and discount benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair or tire industry is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings and communicate them to the technicians.
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received.
• Recommend tire services, specialty tire services, wheel and mechanical services to customers.
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives and adhere to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts.

Fountain Tire Calgary Westbrook (911 - 37 Street SW), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team and provide seasonal support as a Front Counter Representative!

Please note: This is a temporary, seasonal opportunity with an expected duration of September to December.

Primary Responsibilities:

What does it take to get on track?

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver's Abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work
