Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Customer-focused with ability to promote products and resolve issues.
• Willing to support store operations across Fresh areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist in product/promotions.
• Coordinate daily tasks with leadership and delegate as needed.
• Evaluate department presentation and implement merchandising changes.
• Communicate with associates; lead daily team huddle and set goals.
• Review schedules and assign coverage.
• Identify training opportunities during tours with Coach.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and complete safety logs.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
