You will assist leadership, respond to inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. You will ensure outstanding customer service and guide department activities on the salesfloor.

The role supports scheduling, merchandising, safety, and daily operations, coordinating with the Coach and Store Management Team to drive productivity and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Age 16 or older.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop associates.
• Strong communication with team.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product decisions.
• Coordinate daily tasks per priorities from Coach and Store Management.
• Assess department presentation and execute merchandising changes.
• Lead daily team huddle and share goals and updates.
• Review schedules with People Lead.
• Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Assist recruiting and hiring processes with leadership.
