• High School diploma required.
• 3-5 years retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Natural Foods Industry and products.
• High care for product integrity and proper product handling.
• Technical aptitude – POS and computers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and provide feedback to staff.
• High EQ and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate Clerks' work and daily shift rotations.
• Schedule Clerks' breaks and train new staff.
• Set performance expectations and provide real-time feedback.
• Manage Clerks' work and support their development.
• Enforce policy adherence.
• Ensure products are rotated, displayed, and merchandised properly.
• Greet customers and handle inquiries professionally.
