Job summary

SYSCO is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line. You will perform packing or processing tasks, keep your area clean and safe, and communicate improvement ideas.

This entry-level role requires minimal experience; on-the-job training is provided. You will work in a team, follow safety procedures, and help with line transitions and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• 6+ months in food production, warehouse, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The Fresh Cuts Associate is responsible for supporting the Line Leader with day-to-day activities on the production line. This includes maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while efficiently completing packing or processing tasks. The Fresh Cuts Associate must be observant, identify issues proactively, and communicate potential improvements to the Line Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS
