Job summary

Goodness-Me is seeking a customer-facing associate to greet shoppers and assist with locating items and product recommendations. You will help maintain store standards, rotate stock, and support inventory and warehouse tasks. The role involves manual loading/unloading of materials and standing for extended periods.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts, with a pay rate of $17.60 per hour. Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse settings is a plus.

Job description

Your day-to-day:

As one of the first points of contact for customers entering the store, your role primarily involves greeting customers, offering help in locating items and making any suggestions or recommendations that may be appropriate. Other tasks and duties you may perform include:

• Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
• Assist with display of merchandise, including replacing and rotating stock.

• Assist with inventory management.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices

• Great communication skills
• Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• The ability to stand for extended periods; up to 8 hours per shift
• The ability to lift, move or manipulate objects up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility in availability, including, working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts
• While not required, experience is an asset

Pay rate: $17.60
