Job summary

FreshCo in Mission, BC is seeking a Produce Clerk to help keep the produce department well stocked and inviting for customers.

You will greet customers, assist with stocking, rotation, and backroom tasks, and provide friendly service. Full training is provided; no prior experience is required.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, a quick learner, and a team player committed to safety and high standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Stocking produce and related product to shelves.
• Maintaining and building merchandise displays in compliance with FreshCo programs.
• Rotation of product.
• Loading and unloading of product for the sales floor.
• Backroom and inventory management.
• Operating a cash register as needed for relief during peak business hours.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Maintaining a well-stocked department so that the customer shopping experience is quick, easy and efficient is the key to building loyalty. That is why our Produce Clerks play such an important role in the success of our stores. Full training is provided for this position.
