Job summary

Krux is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help customers adopt and effectively use the Krux platform. You will onboard, train, implement, troubleshoot, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure customers derive maximum value from Krux solutions.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure a positive customer experience, with hybrid work arrangements and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3-5 years in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Mining industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Guide onboarding and implementation processes.
• Serve as trusted advisor and support customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Gather feedback to support product improvements.
• Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations for customers.
• Document interactions in the CRM and ensure issue resolution.
