Language Trainers is seeking a freelance French tutor to conduct General courses in Burlington, ON. Sessions are two-to-one, two hours each, with a weekly cadence and in-person locations at the teacher's home/office in Burlington.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker or holds a teaching qualification, has prior teaching or translation experience, and can work within a 30 km radius of Burlington. Visa/work permit required; sponsorship is not available.

• Student's Motivation: We would like to be more a) respectful of and b) comfortable in speaking French when we visit Quebec and New Brunswick.We believe we need both general and conversational French to interact in public, on transit, in shops, restaurants and chats with people there

Ideal Candidate

• Be a native French speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 30 km of the specified location
