Publicis Canada is seeking a Producer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and to manage projects end-to-end. You will mentor Studio Assistants and coordinate with Client Services to ensure client satisfaction across all jobs.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of post-producing experience in advertising, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The Pub is a full-service production offering with 450+ subject matter experts spanning Digital, Video and Print production. We work with some of the biggest brands in Canada & the US on projects ranging from anthem TV spots to social content to (literally) billions of emails and digital assets shot, designed, developed and deployed by our team. The Producer is the first point of contact for our clients and together with all client facing roles, represents the face of the company. The Producer manages projects as assigned by the Executive Producers or as requested by our clients. The Producer is a mentor for our Studio Assistants and leads by example by fulfilling all of their day-to-day producing tasks consistently and professionally. The Producer works closely with Client Services to ensure all clients of The Pub are well taken care of when they work with our team. This individual must be personable, highly organized, proactive and are able to prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
