We’re on the hunt for a Bilingual Customer Service Pro who’s ready to make a real impact. You’ll be the trusted voice our customers rely on, supporting key industries like automotive, food & beverage, and manufacturing. This is not your average call center gig — think low volume, high-value conversations with distributors and long-standing clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries via phone, EDI, and email
  • Handle and own every interaction – from processing orders to tracking shipments and solving problems
  • Work cross-functionally with production, shipping, and inside sales to ensure customers get what they need, when they need it
  • Issue Return Goods Authorizations, investigate quality concerns, and follow through with solutions

What You Bring to the Table

  • Fluency in French & English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of customer service or order management experience, ideally in a technical or mechanical environment
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and solid Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive, empathetic phone manner and a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational chops, and the drive to own your role
  • A post-secondary education (college or university)
