Big Blue Inc. is a rapidly growing international freight forwarding and logistics company, providing tailored global shipping, third-party logistics (3PL), and supply chain solutions. We empower businesses with seamless, efficient logistics.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of direct B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or 3PL services. This is a high-impact, remote role focused on new business development, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in freight forwarding, 3PL, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including importers, exporters, and manufacturers.
  • Conduct client presentations and sales calls, both virtually and in-person as required.
  • Negotiate service contracts and rates in line with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to track and report sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or 3PL services.
  • Strong understanding of international and domestic logistics operations.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
