Job summary

ICUC is seeking a Salesforce and HubSpot Developer for a contract role up to 100 hours (Sept–Dec) in Toronto. This freelance position focuses on designing scalable CRM solutions, building automations, and ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and HubSpot.

The role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and HubSpot APIs, plus experience with integrations, data governance, and deployment practices. Part-time, flexible hours available.

Qualifications

Experience developing on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with flows, security models, and CRM data architecture is valued.
Experience building and optimizing workflows, lead scoring, reporting in HubSpot and integrations using HubSpot APIs.
Experience designing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and HubSpot using APIs and webhooks.
Data modeling, migration, and maintaining data quality at scale with security in mind.
Familiarity with version control, release management, testing practices, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Design scalable CRM solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot.
Build automations and custom integrations to enable revenue operations.
Ensure data integrity and reliable system delivery through tested deployments.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with stakeholders.
