Job summary

Range Group in Toronto offers a hybrid role as Technical CRM Platform Specialist, focusing on HubSpot architecture, data modeling, and integrations. You lead data pipelines and connect marketing tech with core systems to enable a true customer 360 view.

The role requires 5+ years HubSpot experience, REST API know-how, and strong communication with development teams. Base CAD $80k–$90k with a hybrid schedule (Mon/Wed/Thu on site).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs with relevant certifications.
• Deep platform expertise in workflow automation and data architecture.
• Experience designing HubSpot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain HubSpot objects, properties, fields, and workflows.
• Build APIs and middleware to connect HubSpot with TMT and other systems.
• Map data flow between systems and ensure governance of data sources.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions.
