Responsibilities

• Leiden van het algehele B2B e-commerce transformatieprogramma.
• Verantwoordelijk voor governance, roadmap, budget en risico's.

• Sturing geven aan levering over meerdere Europese markten.
• Zorgen voor afstemming tussen e-commerce, ERP, PIM, CRM, DAM en WMS.

Our client is a leading European B2B distributor operating across multiple European markets, with a broad multi-brand portfolio and an extensive product catalogue.

The company is undergoing a major digital transformation to become a more digital-first B2B organisation. The program will replace its existing B2B web platform with a modern e-commerce architecture connecting key business systems including ERP, PIM, CRM, DAM and WMS.

Freelance Program Director - B2B E-commerce Transformation

As Freelance Program Director, you will :

• Lead the overall B2B e-commerce transformation program ;
• Own program governance, roadmap, budget, risks and dependencies ;
• Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners ;
• Drive delivery across multiple European markets and storefronts ;
• Ensure alignment between e-commerce, ERP, PIM, CRM, DAM and WMS ;
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear program reporting ;
• Drive decision-making, issue resolution and program priorities ;
• Ensure successful delivery, adoption and transition into operations ;

Profiel

A successful Freelance Program Director should have:

• 10-15 years of relevant program/project management experience ;
• Strong track record in B2B e-commerce, webshops or digital transformation ;
• Experience managing complex, multi-country programs ;
• Strong stakeholder and external partner management skills :
• Experience with e-commerce platforms; Shopify/Magento is a must ;
• Good understanding of ERP, PIM, CRM and integration environments :
• Structured, pragmatic and highly delivery-oriented :
• Fluent in French and English :
