Job summary

Seventh Heaven Event Catering is seeking freelance banquet servers to support weddings, corporate events, and upscale private parties in Toronto and the GTA.

As part of our event staff, you will set up service areas, assist with hors d'oeuvres and buffet stations, and deliver professional guest service. Flexible evenings and weekends with pay between $20 and $30 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, banquet service, restaurant work, or event hospitality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move equipment.
• Reliable transportation to events across the GTA.

Responsibilities

• Set up service areas, tables, and linens.
• Provide professional guest service during events (hors d'oeuvres, plated dinners, buffets).
• Assist with breakdown and post-event teardown.
• Coordinate with other servers, kitchen staff, and event supervisors to maintain service standards.
