Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire a Sales Manager B2B – Freelance based in Canada. You will drive adoption of an AI-powered software and consulting offering in the German market, owning the full sales cycle from lead to contract closure.

Expect flexible, fully remote engagement with autonomy to shape the sales approach, travel within Germany for meetings, and direct influence on revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in B2B solution sales.
• Proven ability to generate sustainable revenue growth and acquire new business.
• Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, and proficient with Office tools.
• Strategic thinking with practical sales execution and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for meetings and events.
• Fluent German (C1+) with very good English.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell software solutions and consulting services to business customers in the German market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers while expanding existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to contract closure.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion goals.
• Own revenue targets and sales performance within the assigned segment.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, monitor opportunities, and keep CRM up to date.
• Present solutions in a compelling, value-driven manner to decision-makers.
• Represent the business at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute feedback to refine sales approaches.
