Job summary

Scotiabank (Tangerine) in Toronto seeks an executive to lead Fraud Operations, overseeing prevention, detection, and governance. Reporting to the VP, Canada Fraud Management, you will shape strategy, risk management, and incident response to protect customers and assets.

You will drive fraud strategy, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance across channels, delivering an optimized control environment and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Executive-level fraud management experience.
• Ability to stay ahead of criminal trends and regulatory updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud operations strategy across products and channels.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection programs.
• Monitor metrics (KPIs/ KRIs) and report to Senior Management.
