Fix Network seeks an Assistant Manager of Performance, Training & Implementation to train franchisees nationwide, drive operational consistency, and monitor performance with insurer partnerships. The role involves field work, relationship building, and leading implementation of best practices.

Salary starts at $89,000 annually, with travel to franchise locations across Canada. Reports to the Manager, Performance, Training & Development, and supports franchise success through coaching and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or college diploma in Insurance, Business, Construction Management, Training, or related field.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvement.
• Willingness to travel to franchise locations across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisees in achieving performance goals and insurer partner expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead training sessions on restoration practices, estimating, processes, and partner requirements.
• Coach franchise teams, estimators, restoration technicians, and project managers.
• Track training effectiveness and adapt materials to operational needs.
• Coordinate rollout of new tools, processes, and programs; assist onboarding.
• Report on training initiatives and performance trends to leadership.
