Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage staffing, budgets, KPIs, health and safety, and local marketing collaboration. Travel to sites, flexible hours including weekends, and a competitive compensation package with benefits and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple restaurant locations.
• Valid Class 1 Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple Popeyes locations in New Brunswick, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Manage staffing, inventory, quality control and customer service across the district.
• Mentor location managers and staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
