Job summary

Tim Hortons in the Kitchener/Guelph area is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to partner with Owners and Managers, reviewing operating and financial information to drive improved results and ensure adherence to standards. The MFP will be the primary link between Owners and RBI brands, guiding initiatives and performance improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of P&L experience, a business/hospitality degree, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel within the region, including

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ operational experience with P&L responsibility, multi-unit experience preferred.
• University degree in business, hospitality or related field.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to establish and build effective relationships and to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel within the region; schedule flexibility including evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within provincial guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a business consultant and coach to Owners and Managers on restaurant performance.
• Reviews operating reports and audits to determine appropriate solutions.
• Analyzes financial, business and operating performance to improve results.
• Conducts regular P&L and Balance Sheet reviews with Owners and Managers.
• Supports launches, technology initiatives, promotions, openings and renovations.
