Job summary

Fix Network World is seeking a Support Specialist to provide technical support to franchisees and operations teams. You will troubleshoot issues, conduct reinspections for warranty claims, and coach franchise teams on insurance guidelines and estimating practices.

The role requires ensuring operational excellence, documenting activities, and traveling extensively within the assigned region across Canada. A strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the collision repair industry.
• Experience with damage appraisal and production management.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support franchise partners in achieving quality, performance, and operational excellence.
• Conduct vehicle reinspections for warranty claims and quality control.
• Review repair estimates to align with insurer requirements.
• Coach franchise teams on insurance guidelines, estimating systems, and parts programs.
• Provide day-to-day support to shops and document activities in the Franchise Management System.
• Collaborate with Area Managers to identify improvements and resolve issues.
• Analyze root causes of performance challenges and implement solutions.
• Assist locations during catastrophe events like hailstorms and floods.
