Job summary

TransLink in Metro Vancouver is seeking an experienced FP&A and transformation leader to design and govern a future-state planning and analysis operating model. You will collaborate with Finance, Operating Companies, Technology Services, HRMS, and executives to drive alignment and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and executive reporting experience.
• Experience leading complex finance transformations and systems implementations.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and gain approval for a future-state FP&A operating model with governance and processes.
• Redesign budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to improve efficiency, scalability and insight.
• Lead vendor selection, implementation planning, risk management and org readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Operating Companies, Technology Services, HRMS and executives to drive collaboration.
