Job summary

TransLink is seeking an experienced FP&A and transformation leader to drive the future-state FP&A operating model, governance, and best-in-class budgeting and forecasting practices across the organization.

You will partner with Finance, Technology Services, HRMS and executive leaders to enable data-driven decision making, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver scalable financial insights while maintaining strong governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and executive reporting.
• Experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives and programs.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Technology and business leaders to achieve shared outcomes.
• CPA designation preferred; PMP considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and gain approval for a future-state FP&A operating model, including governance and implementation strategy.
• Redesign budgeting, forecasting and reporting to improve efficiency and insight.
• Lead vendor selection, governance and readiness activities for enterprise deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Operating Companies, Technology Services, HRMS and executives to drive collaboration.
