Job summary

Banyan Capital Partners in Mississauga seeks a Manager, FP&A for its portfolio company Stagevision. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to drive performance through planning, reporting and analysis in a fast-paced private equity environment.

You will own recurring financial reporting, develop forecasts and models, support budgeting, and provide strategic insight to steer growth across geographies. This in-office role requires strong modeling, Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience, ideally private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities, including expert-level Excel and integrated three-statement models.
• Excellent communication to present insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Own recurring financial and operational reporting, including monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and Board materials.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline analyses and revenue models.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with timelines, assumptions, consolidation and executive reporting.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to reflect changing conditions.
