Job Details

Bridge Facility Services Ltd is expanding. We provide temporary and permanent building operators to commercial, retail, and industrial landlords, managers, and owners throughout GVRD and South Vancouver Island. Many staff have transitioned to full-time roles with our clients.

We are seeking a certified TSBC 4th Class Power Engineer for a facility in downtown Vancouver. This is a temporary position lasting 1-3 months, with potential extension and further opportunities afterward. The schedule includes 4 ten-hour shifts, including weekends, with details to be discussed.

Requirements

1. TSBC 4th Class Power Engineer certification
2. Willingness to follow directions from clients and management
3. Knowledge of chillers, boilers, DDC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical systems (e.g., light changes, resetting breakers)
4. Proficiency with smartphones, email, text, and work order platforms
5. Basic mechanical skills, common sense, and building operator experience
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tenants, clients, and management

This position is exclusively for TSBC 4th Class Power Engineers.
