Job summary

SELLIT9 is seeking a senior product designer to own the end-to-end design of the consumer trade-in experience, merchant flows, and a unified design system. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering, and product to decide what to build and how to ship daily, leveraging AI-enabled tooling and data from real user sessions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped, conversion-focused work in e-commerce, marketplaces, or fintech.
• You can write a spec, scope an MVP, argue prioritization, and own a metric.
• Build, ship production-quality React with AI assistance, and land in the repo as a PR.
• Design systems experience: built or owned one and kept it accessible across web and mobile.
• Fluent in funnel metrics: conversion rates, A/B testing, session replay analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own product problems end to end: framing, specs, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production handoff.
• Design and iterate the consumer funnel (quote, checkout, confirmation) and email reminders to raise conversion.
• Design merchant-facing surfaces: embedded trade-in flows, white-label experiences, and partner dashboards.
• Own our design system in code and keep the Figma library in step with it.
• Design in code: prototype with AI assistance, then ship the real thing.
• Package brand and design rules as agent skills for on-brand AI output by default.
• Run our asset pipeline: hero videos, page imagery, versioned like code.
• Run usability tests and analyze GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to locate user struggles.
