Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment’s client seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products and human-led AI experiences. You’ll translate complex user and business needs into intuitive, accessible experiences from IA and flows to high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and scalable design systems.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure feasibility, usability testing informs improvements, and you mentor junior designers to foster an innovative design culture.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of complex digital products.
• Strong expertise across UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience building or managing design systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
