Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/AI engineering roles.
• Proficient Python development and API integration.
• Experience with cloud-native development and modern software architecture.
• Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-facing communication skills.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments and Azure AI ecosystem.

• Enable knowledge transfer and promote AI best practices across teams.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, solution engineering, or AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python development and API integration experience.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and modern software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder-facing, and communication skills.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft AI ecosystem experience.
• Experience building agentic AI applications and workflows.
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Cloud certifications (Azure preferred).
• Financial services experience, with priority to Wealth Management or Insurance Domain.
