Job description

Are you a seasoned Solutions Architect ready to lead cutting-edge AI initiatives?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a AI/ML Solutions Architect-Banking who will design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including AI/LLM gateways, agentic AI platforms, model access patterns, RAG and knowledge retrieval patterns, AI observability, security guardrails, and governed integration with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure. The role will lead project/product architecture blueprints and high- and low-level design specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, cost-aware, and compliant with enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI architecture solutions, including AI/LLM gateways, agentic AI platforms, and knowledge retrieval patterns.
• Create architectural target states and assist in prioritizing product roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Develop scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions that comply with enterprise standards across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Lead project blueprints and high/low-level design specifications for AI and infrastructure platforms.
• Collaborate with platform technology teams to integrate AI services, ensuring security guardrails and governed APIs.
• Establish architecture frameworks and solution patterns that support responsible AI, data protection, and operational readiness.
• Advise on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices, including model lifecycle management and observability.
• Partner with governance and risk teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory and enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the practice, supporting team capability development.
• Oversee integration of Kubernetes and container orchestration to optimize AI workload deployment.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment on architecture strategies, including executive engagement.
• Ensure solutions are resilient, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s risk appetite and compliance requirements.

Desired Skill-Set

• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with deep expertise in AI and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing enterprise GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions, including gateways, RAG, vector search, and prompt orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of AI platform architecture across Azure, Google Cloud, or other hybrid/cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with model lifecycle management, AI observability, security guardrails, and APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and tools integration in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Certifications in AI, cloud architecture, MLOps, Kubernetes, or enterprise frameworks are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within regulated environments such as banking or finance.
• Background in security, data governance, or responsible AI compliance.
