Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a skilled Standup Reach Forklift Operator for a temporary assignment in Saskatoon. You will safely operate a standup reach forklift to pick orders, move materials, and support daily warehouse operations.

This daytime, Monday–Friday role offers a $20/hour wage, a transit-friendly location, and the chance to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification with standup reach forklift operation.
• Hands-on experience operating a standup reach forklift in a commercial/industrial setting.
• High attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory handling.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend/twist continuously.

Responsibilities

• Operate a standup reach forklift safely to pick orders and move materials.
• Load/unload and stage materials inside the warehouse and in the yard.
• Perform heavy lifting of products up to 50 lbs regularly.

Length of assignment will be based on business needs, performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a standup reach forklift safely and efficiently to pick orders and move materials throughout the facility.
• Work both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard to load, unload, and stage materials for transport or storage.
• Perform heavy lifting of products and materials weighing between 40 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ensure the accurate picking of orders using the reach forklift, maintaining high standards of quality control and inventory management.
• Maneuver materials securely, bending and lifting physically as required by the fast-paced manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification with a specific focus on standup reach forklift operation.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience operating a standup reach forklift in a commercial or industrial setting.
• High attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory handling.
• Physical capability to bend, twist, and continuously lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Required gear: Your own CSA-approved steel-toed boots for safety on the warehouse floor.
