Job summary

Randstad Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This 3-month contract offers flexible shifts (Shift A and Shift B) and opportunities to grow within a large national staffing company.

You will handle material movement, order picking, and inventory tasks, operating a Counterbalance forklift with proper certification. Training is provided, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Forklift license with Counterbalance forklift experience.
• Clear criminal record check required before start.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada for at least one year.
• Strong team attitude, reliable attendance and physical agility.

Responsibilities

• Support material handling, order picking and routine inventory tasks.

Randstad Canada is looking for a dependable Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team located right here in Winnipeg. Multiple Shifts Available:

• Shift A: Sunday to Thursday 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
• Shift B: Saturdays & Sundays 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Flexible: 8h shift - your choice of schedule between 7am to 10 pm)

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $19.00 per hour - weekly paid !
• Job Type: 3 months contract starting ASAP
• Hours: 16+ hours per week with multiple options
• Work Site: Winnipeg, MB (Easily accessible facility with comprehensive hands-on training)

Responsibilities

• Supporting material handling, order picking, and routine warehouse inventory tasks.
• Operating forklift machinery safely to transport, organize, and store warehouse inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and warehouse teammates.

Qualifications

• Forklift Experience: A certified forklift license and experience with the Counterbalance Forklift
• Background Check: Clear criminal record check required prior to starting.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada for at least one year.
• Strong team attitude, reliable attendance, and physical agility. Must be able to work in cross dock environment .
