Job summary

ablemployment in Milton, ON is seeking a custodian for a state-of-the-art warehouse. The role is full-time and temporary (9–12 months), offering CA$23.50 per hour with weekly pay. Shifts are 7:00am–3:30pm or 10:30am–7:00pm, with 40 hours weekly and overtime available.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, restrooms, waste disposal, floor scrubbing, and helping with meeting setup. Candidates must be clean-cut, professional, and able to work independently or in a team; a clear background

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cleaning or warehouse experience.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a clean environment.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Job description

We have immediate openings for a custodian to work in a state of the art warehouse in Milton! You will be working in a very clean and professional environment!

CA$23.50 hourly

Full-time

What will you be doing?

• Sweep, mop, dust racks, yard and building maintenance among other cleaning duties.
• Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor.
• Clean restrooms.
• Operate floor scrubber (electric or propane) and other cleaning equipment.
• Set up and clean employee workspaces.
• Assist with meeting set-up and teardown.
• Perform general labour/cleaning to support operation requirements as needed.

We are looking for someone that is able to work both independently and as part of a team! Our ideal candidate is very clean-cut, professional, able to work at a fast pace and is detail oriented!

All applicants must have a clear criminal background!

Also must have minimal 1 year experience in a cleaning role/warehouse environment

Please note this is a Temporary job only. We are looking for people who can commit to 9-12 months of work.

We pay weekly every Friday!

The shift options are: Monday to Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm OR 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

This job is located in Milton near James Snow Parkway North!

Must be able to work 40 hours on SIN

Must be living in Milton or have a car to travel to Milton.
