Job summary

Advantage Personnel in Milton, ON is seeking a reliable Raymond Reach/Walkie Operator for the morning shift (7am-3pm, Sunday-Thursday). You will pick/pack orders, replenish inventory, and ensure accurate labeling for outbound shipments.

Applicants should have experience with Raymond Reach and Walkie equipment, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to learn new systems. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Raymond Reach
• Experience operating Walkie (Single or Double Pallet)
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Solid basic math skills and familiarity with inventory tracking
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems on the job
• Willingness and ability to obtain certification for powered equipment (e.g., forklift)

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements
• Replenish products in designated pick areas and consolidate inventory as needed
• Prepare and stack items securely for shipment, following delivery route sequence
• Label and document outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Keep your workstation clean and ensure materials are returned to proper locations
• Support general warehouse operations and assist with various tasks as assigned
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and team cooperation
