Job summary

Carlisle is hiring a Forklift Driver to safely operate production machinery and material handling equipment, supporting efficient manufacturing and shipping operations. The role combines machine operation with forklift duties to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

You will load/unload materials, coordinate shipping, and document production data while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–5 years previous manufacturing/ forklift experience.
• Active forklift certificate preferred.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and culture.
• TDG knowledge and safe handling practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow Carlisle policies.
• Good communication, organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, vacuum transfer systems and other equipment.
• Load, unload, stack and transport raw materials and finished products.
• Load trailers securely and assist with trailer moves.
• Coordinate shipping requirements and maintain material integrity.
• Work with production, maintenance, quality and shipping teams.
• Document production data, material usage and machine logs.
• Assist with machine setups and material preparation.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
