Job summary

Kruger Products in Ontario is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to help move materials and keep production flowing smoothly. You will stage and deliver raw materials, move finished goods, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires ability to lift up to 39 kg, a 12-hour continental rotation, and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain it). Strong communication, reliability, and safety focus are essential as you support the production team.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent).
• Able to lift up to 85 lbs / 39 kg.
• Ready for a 12-hour continental rotation.
• Strong communication skills — listening, speaking, writing.
• High attention to detail.
• Forklift certification (or the drive to get one!).
• A solid safety and attendance record.
• A motivated, hands-on attitude — team player AND independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Fuel the production lines by staging and delivering raw materials.
• Return and organize materials with precision and accuracy.
• Navigate production schedules like a pro.
• Keep the warehouse in top shape with proper put-away processes.
• Move finished products and line waste to the right spots.
• Operate forklifts and box/roll clamps (training available!).
• Support cycle counts and bale technician duties.
• Team up with production to meet operational needs.
• Follow SOPs and uphold the highest safety standards.
